Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

2. No Returns for Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind (e.g., if you simply change your mind, decide you do not like the product, or found the product cheaper elsewhere).

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

4. Return Process for Faulty Goods

Once your return request for a faulty item is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved under the Australian Consumer Law, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
